With complete Medicare certification and contracts with Martin’s Point and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Colonial Poplin serves as a rehabilitation facility in addition to providing long term care services. For those residents who not only require long term care but also need financial assistance, Colonial Poplin is fully certified under New Hampshire's Medicaid program. Semi-private respite stays are also available as a service to families who require short term placement.

Poplin Way boasts eighteen spacious studio and one bedroom apartments, each with its own private bath and kitchenette. Residents furnish and decorate their rooms for comfort and have full access to a gracious country kitchen, sun porch and activities room. Independence is encouraged yet the specific needs of each resident are identified and exceeded by the licensed staff.
