Jeff and Justin Philbrick have continued the family owned and operated facility their parents built back in 1983 with complete dedication to residents, their families and the staff. Over one hundred and thirty staff members are employed by Colonial Poplin and Poplin Way, each one who is acknowledged for and understands the importance of their individual roles in our residents' lives.

With two owners who are actively present in day to day operations, family is a very important concept. All staff members have the opportunity of learning about the residents as extensions of our own families. We are proud of our levels of care and service that foster our reputation of excellence. Nursing, therapy, dietary, housekeeping and maintenance staff provide exceptional, compassionate and personal care based on our residents' individual needs.

In efforts to acknowledge those staff members who are deserving of extra merit, we have established an Employee of the Month Award. Nomination forms are located in the hallway of the main entrance and we strongly encourage residents, families and staff members to nominate those deserving staff members who make great impressions on the quality of our residents' lives.
