~ Poplin Way LNA Renee Drummey
Receives NH-ARCH ~
LNA of the Year!!!
Colonial Poplin and Poplin Way
continue their long standing tradition of staff excellence with
the announcement by the New Hampshire Association of Residential
Care Homes (NH-ARCH) that Renee Drummey has been named the LNA
of the year. Criteria for the award included demonstrated excellence
and enthusiasm in delivery of patient care, communication with
patients, families and other staff, and serving as a role model
to other health care professionals.
When we discussed this year's
nominee, our management staff and residents were unanimous in
the decision to nominate Renee, affirming the level of compassion,
respect and sensitivity she has shown to others. In the two years
that Renee has worked at Poplin Way, she has excelled in her
LNA skills and consistently shown herself to be honest and reliable.
Her attitude is always positive and carries over to others.
Renee embodies what a great LNA
should be!
