Residents live in their own apartment, with that added benefit of having convenient access to skilled nursing care in the same location, when needed.

Personal Care Services Package

Poplin Way Assisted Living offers residents a package of personal care services provided by our professional compassionate staff.

The Service Package Includes:

  • Personal care services for assistance with bathing, dressing, evening care and escorts to meals and activities
  • Self-Administered Medications Management
  • Assistance for residents on prescribed medications
  • Individual Wellness Care plan and semi-annual health assessments by our Registered Nurse
  • On-site licensed staff available around-the-clock
  • 24-hour personal emergency response system
  • Assistance arranging transportation to medical appointments
  • Three delicious meals prepared daily and a full service country café
  • Apartment housekeeping and linen change
  • Personal laundry service
  • Full program of social, educational, cultural and special activities including many outings in our own bus
